TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Specialized Summer Reward ("The Offer") runs from 16th April 2008 until midnight GMT 31st July 2008.
2. The offer is only available in store, at participating Specialized Dealers.
3. For the offer to be valid the consumers must purchase one of the 2008 Specialized bikes over £1000 and not listed in point 5 of the Terms and Conditions.
4. The Reward is free Specialized equipment to the value of 10% of the value of the bike purchased.
5. The offer is valid on all 2008 Specialized models over £1000, excluding the following bikes: All S-Works models of bikes and frames for men and women, Transition family, Sirrus Limited and Sirrus Pro.
6. The offer is also valid on 2008 Specialized FSR XC Comp and Myka FSR Comp models.
7. This offer is not valid with any other discount, card, voucher and /or promotion.
8. The offer is as stated and no cash alternative is available.
9. Should the value of the Specialized equipment be less than the stated 10% of the value of the bike purchased, no cash refund will be available.
10. Specialized reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend this offer at any time.
11. By buying into this offer, consumers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
