Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

Then again, if you want to take it easy, you can simply enjoy the superb comfort of this exceptional bike on long rides. The Stereo Hybrid uses a Size-Split system, so either 27.5in or 29in wheels can be used to match your body size and preferences.

No e-MTB has ever been so well designed for the trails. Fox's superbly accomplished suspension platform - consisting of a 34 Float Performance fork up front and Float DPS EVOL shock at the rear - provides even smoother performance on the rougest of trails. The Bosch CX drive system provides a power boost up to an additional 75Nm for fast, easy mountain-devouring performance. Thanks to the high performance 500Wh battery, even epic rides are possible without worrying about range. The SRAM X01 Eagle drivetrain with its 12-speed, wide-ranging 10-50 tooth cassette means that you can always find the right gear, even on the steepest of climbs - and Shimano's XT brake system will safely scrub off speed on the way back down. Cube have even included a RockShox Reverb Stealth seatpost, opening up new line choices and improving your speed and control, even when the going gets steep and rocky.
