Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

Touring is all you want from cycling - more, not less. It's a perfectly simple, reliable technology that makes fun riding anywhere, sweep away or away. Travel enjoyment - Touring has a comfortable driving position.

Featuring a lightweight, double-flashed aluminum frame with Efficient Comfort Geometry specially developed for long-distance driving. It has three different frame variants: classic men, easy entry and trapeze. They all have space for the bottle basket and stand. Internal cable management reduces maintenance.

Maximum driving performance and minimal effort for long-term daily use. The Tektro M285 and Shimano 24-speed hydraulic disc brakes make the bike suitable for all weather conditions. Touring Pro has passed all the CUBE tests. Busch & Müller light with 20 lux output. The Suntour NEX suspension fork absorbs all vibrations and is comfortable.
