With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

With its unmatched attention to detail, the Nature Pro's aluminium chassis is one of the best quality frames in its class. Cube started with their double butted tubeset, which ensures the lowest possible weight whilst maintaining safe, precise steering and a nimble, lively feel. Cables are routed inside the frame to protect them from dirt and water ingress for longer life - a practical feature that also gives the frame a sleek look. And multi-functional, 3D forged dropouts are designed to make attaching mudguards, a luggage carrier and Cube's own Easy Mount kickstand simple and quick.
