Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

The Cross was designed to help you escape the daily routine via a little two-wheeled distraction. Whether it's an early evening ride after work or a longer jaunt at the weekend, its lively handling and high quality components will make every exploration a pleasure. Cube haven't forgotten day-to-day practicality, either. With 30 gears, hydraulic disc brakes, mudguard and rack attachment points, and a superb RockShox Paragon Silver suspension fork, the Cross has the functionality and reliability to make light work of any journey, any time. Tarmac or forest trail, up in the hills or on the city streets, the Cross is ready to go.

Engineers wanted to make the Cross as beautiful as it is practical. So, new for 2018, this light and lively frame features smooth welding throughout for crisp, clean looks. A tapered head tube, double butted aluminium tubeset and 3D forged dropouts all contribute to the elegant looks, adding stiffness and strength where it's needed without piling on unnecessary weight. Cables are routed internally for longer service intervals and better aesthetics. For the practical touches, there's a replaceable derailleur hanger and multi-functional dropouts ready to accept mudguards, luggage rack and an Easy Mount kickstand.
