Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

With its high quality, lightweight aluminium frame, lockout-equipped Suntour suspension fork and 10 speed Shimano transmission, this is a bike that excels. Whether you use it for fitness and fun, or as a workhorse companion to the challenges thrown up by everyday life, the CUBE Nature EXC will get you there in style and comfort.

The Nature EXC features one of the stiffest and lightest frames in its class. The double butted aluminium tubes - thinner where they can be, thicker where they need to be - ensure that the bike is light without compromising stability. Cables routed inside the down tube contribute to clean looks and provide superb long-term gear shifting precision, so you don't have to worry about maintenance. Cube are also particularly proud of their 3D forged dropouts where, if you want, you can quickly and easily fit their Easy Mount kickstand as well as mudguards and a luggage rack. Light, comfortable and versatile: that's the Nature EXC.
