Building an easy entry frame capable of withstanding the power of Bosch's drive unit and the forces imposed by an integrated luggage rack is a challenge. Luckily, it's one that the Cube engineering team is up to. New for 2018, the battery has been repositioned behind the super-rigid, triple chamber seat tube for safer handling and easy access. The Bosch drive unit sits inside a custom-fabricated, ultra-strong gravity cast housing, and the integrated rack is better looking and more rigid than before, too. For looks, a Smooth Welding process gives the frame a flowing, organic appearance that's complimented by the internally routed cables - which also reduce maintenance needs to practically zero.
