Red berries are a potent source of antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties that can provide an enormous boost of natural energy, morale and flavour. Almonds and Pistachios are a great source of protein and fibre to repair muscle cells. Veloforte's recipes are stuffed full of the finest ingredients. They are naturally free from gluten, dairy, egg or any additives and preservatives, making them easily and naturally digestible, free from any nasties.

Mixed dried fruit (cranberries, dates, raisins, sour cherries), mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios), cane sugar, gram flour, honey, brown rice syrup, tapioca flour, lemon juice and zest, strawberry and beetroot powders, mixed spices, wafer paper, vanilla extract, vanilla seeds. All Veloforte bars and bites are handmade from the finest ingredients. They last 12 months when stored in a cool dry place. They use whole fruits and whole nuts in their products, whilst every effort is made to remove all fruit stones and nut shells, there may be the occasional fragment. Not suitable for people with nut or peanut allergies.
