Speed is nothing without control which is why the Attain SL Disc features reliable hydraulic disc brakes for ultimate stopping power. With smooth, predictable braking as you ride, no descent is too fast, steep or long for this road thoroughbred. Shimano's brand new 105 groupset puts you in full control. With the comfort and agility for which the Attain range is renowned, you'll be riding further and faster than ever before.

No braking system is more powerful than a hydraulic disc but you need a frame that's up to the job. The Attain SL Disc's 12mm thru-axles, disc-specific full carbon fork and carefully designed rear end are all built to handle the specific demands of Shimano's hydraulic disc system. The mechanically formed down tube joined using a Smooth Welding process to the tapered head tube and PressFit bottom bracket shell, is supremely stiff and effficient. Slender seat stays and the carbon fork blades meanwhile maintain the Attain series' reputation for comfort by reducing road vibrations and rider fatigue. Internal cable routing, mudguard mounts and plenty of clearance for 28c tyres add up to a bike that's built to keep riding year round, no matter how wet the roads.
