Ingredients (across the three flavours):
Mixed candied peel fruits (orange, lemon, citron), mixed fruits (cranberry, raisins, sour cherry), dates, almonds, pistachios, cane sugar, honey, cocoa powder, gram flour, tapioca flour, agave syrup, orange juice and zest, organic lemon juice and zest, spices, strawberry and beetroot powders, vanilla extract, vanilla seeds, wafer paper. All the recipes are crammed full of the finest ingredients. They are naturally free of gluten, dairy, egg, or any preservatives and additives, making them easily and naturally digestible, free from any nasties. All Veloforte bars and bites are handmade from the finest ingredients. They last 9 months when stored in a cool dry place.
Velofot use whole fruits and whole nuts in their products, whilst every effort is made to remove all fruit stones and nut shells, there may be the occasional fragment. Not suitable for people with nut or peanut allergies.
