AIR PAD SYSTEM
The Air Pad System with its arrangement of 5 ventilation channels (1 main channel and 4 sub-channels) and 6 strategically positioned 3D air mesh pads offers the optimal combination of a close, load-neutral fit and back ventilation. The shoulder straps with air mesh and large ventilation holes ensure the pack remains securely in place in any situation, and provide optimal breathability on the shoulders too.
BRACE LINK
The Brace Link adjusts the shoulder belts perfectly to the width of the athletes shoulders. This automatic adjustment endorses the load transfer to the body's centre of gravity while the contact areas with back and shoulders are minimised. Even wearing a neck brace is possible through the Brace Link.
AIR CIRCULATION
Air Circulation is used in all Evoc backpacks, as it ensures optimum ventilation while preventing excessive cooling down of the sensitive kidney area, even during extremely high-strain activities or intensive perspiration. Constant, free air circulation is guaranteed as a result of the vertical air channel. Gaps along the sides of thechannel allow additional air to escape.
EVOC VIETNAM VELOCITY BIKEPACKING
Evoc Ambassador, Sascha Kleeberger took the new Evoc CC backpack bikepacking around Vietnam's Velocity to test it's durability, practicality and versatility as he explored rural and urban environments in this interesting part of Asia. Starting in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh) Sascha explored the city with his Evoc CC Backpack amongst the chaos of cars and scooters performing daredevil manouevres. He visited Bến Thành Market, one of the largest squares in Saigon, surrounded by major traffic junctions that he had to find his way around. "I'm glad we left the madness behind and entered the comparatively quiet market. Foreign smells crawl up my nose in the narrow streets and I will always remember the crazy market stalls and colourful clothes." Sascha discovered new foods as he explored the chaotic city by bike, including Pho, a bowl of soup and noodles. "I usually follow a simple dietary rule that says not to eat what you don't know but Holger, Evoc photographer, convinces me that 'no Pho' means the same as 'no breakfast' and start tucking in."
The team then spent the next few days in the Vietnamese countryside amongst trails, vast nature and secluded beaches, "I look forward to leaving Hanoi behind and exploring the area on the jungle trails with my bike and cycling through small villages."
