Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

The Compact Sport Hybrid's rugged, easy step-through design fits riders of all sizes, and Bosch's quiet, powerful and sporty Performance drive unit takes the stress and sweat out of everyday riding. It features Shimano's wide-ranging and reliable 10-speed derailleur gear system, so you can tackle any route with ease. Powerful hydraulic disc brakes ensure you can stop in all weathers, and the lighting system, mudguards, luggage carrier and kickstand equip you for your day ahead.

Sometimes its best to keep things simple and whilst the Compact Hybrid does that, it won't compromise your ride. Its cross-braced downtube is elegant, stiff and strong, and also makes this an easy bike to step in and out of while providing a convenient carry handle. A long headtube ensures accurate, safe steering, whilst the smooth and powerful Bosch drive unit lives in a custom housing at the bottom of the frame. The battery is also tucked out of the way of both luggage and rider. Quick saddle and handlebar adjustments allow one bike to fit a wide range of riders, too. It might not usher in a revolution in urban transport, but it does the job.
