Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

The Touring Hybrid Pro is the Bosch e-bike to take you further on your rides. It features Shimano 10-speed gears with optical display which works seamlessly with Bosch's poweful Generation 3 motor and Powertube battery to get you where you need to be. Carry your essentials with the strong, rigid Integrated Carrier. Powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes deliver all-weather stopping whilst full-length mudguards help keep you dry. Lights and a kickstand have even been fitted. An adjustable stem, suspension seatpost and 100mm suspension fork with big-volume, grippy tyres offer comfort throughout your journey.

Each version of the Touring Hybrid, from classic men's to trapeze/step-through and easy entry, feature the same attention to detail. Built around Bosch's powerful third-generation motor and Powertube battery, the centre of gravity has been kept low for safety and easy handling. Efficent Comfort Geometry puts you in the ideal position to enjoy every ride. The Integrated Carrier is a masterpiece of understated engineering excellence, providing a strong and rigid means of carrying your day-to-day possessions with you.
