Based in Plymouth, Bristol and now Birmingham, operating our own Certini Stores and the Specialized Concept Stores of the South West and the Midlands.
We now have a strong, family-based business which is still offering today that very passion and enthusiasm in working with the best products and brands that the cycle industry has to offer.

Retail Team Member – Saltash, Cornwall– Full Time
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and rider focused person to join our Saltash retail team on a full time basis. The correct candidate will join our experienced and knowledgeable retail team with a proactive and customer focused attitude with a passion for all things bike.
The Job:

Picking, Packing and Logistics Assistant – Saltash, Cornwall– Full Time
This role is responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, ensuring timely shipment, and supporting overall logistics operations.
- Pick items from inventory based on provided order sheets or electronic picking systems
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipment, ensuring they are protected from damage during transit
- Label packages with correct shipping information and affix necessary documentation
- Assist in maintaining organised inventory storage areas, including restocking shelves and organising incoming stock
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse or storage areas
- Assist with the effective movement of goods within the multiple locations
- Collaborate with other team members to optimise workflow and meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
