Based in Plymouth, Bristol and now Birmingham, operating our own Certini Stores and the Specialized Concept Stores of the South West and the Midlands.
We now have a strong, family-based business which is still offering today that very passion and enthusiasm in working with the best products and brands that the cycle industry has to offer.

Workshop Manager – Bristol
We are looking for an organised, self motivated and ambitious individual who wants to make their mark at this established retailer. We require a trustworthy and reliable new member of our team to support the current Store Manager on the mission to provide leading customer service and experience for our customers with the best cycling products in the world. If you relish responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact then we have the place for you.
The Job
- Support the store manager on all day to day processes and tasks and be responsible point of contact for the team in the managers absence
- Maintain high level of quality and service for customers
- Resolve customer issues in an effective and responsible manner
- Develop strong working relationships with the management and other employees.
- Input and feedback into stock holding and product line.
- Liasing with suppliers to execute, process and manage warranty claims, Identify opportunities for improvement and make improvements with the management team
Skills
- Previous cycle workshop experience with a proven track record
- Finger on the pulse with product developments and trends
- Extensive knowledge of bikes and their components in all categories and the associated accessories and parts
- Proven track record of fault diagnosis and repair of E-Bike systems
- Strong leadership skills with a high level of professionalism
- Outstanding communication skills, including phone and email
- Innovative, willing to think outside the box
- Ability to develop themselves and team members
- Perform calmly and efficiently whilst under pressure
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Experienced with EPOS systems, IT literate.
