Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

With a high quality frame featuring details you wouldn't normally see in this category plus powerful and low maintenance V-Brakes, 24 gears and a comfortable Suntour suspension fork, this is a reliable and safe ride companion in any situation.

There's a good reason the Curve is lighter than other similar models. It's down to the light, double butted tubes that make up the aluminium frame - including the complex profiles of the down tube and top tube - plus the 3D forged, multi-funcitonal dropouts with integrated Easy Mount Kickstand. The Cube Curve has comfortably passed every EU and in-house stress test thrown at it, meaning you can enjoy complete peace of mind.

A good hybrid needs reliable components. A reliable Shimano Tourney and Altus 3x8 groupset, plush Suntour suspension fork and powerful Tektro V-Brakes make this bike perfect for town or country cycling. Low rolling resistance and excellent grip, even off-road, are the hallmarks of the CX Comp tyres. High quality, light and durable finishing components from CUBE round off the Curve's excellent kit list.
