The SRAM GX Eagle Transmission Rear Derailleur Upgrade Kit is the easiest way to upgrade your mechanical Eagle 90 or Eagle 70 drivetrain to wireless AXS electronic shifting. Designed as a seamless entry point into the SRAM AXS ecosystem, this kit allows riders to experience the precision, reliability and clean setup of GX Eagle Transmission electronic shifting without replacing their entire drivetrain.
This upgrade kit includes an AXS-enabled GX Eagle Transmission derailleur body, AXS Pod Controller, AXS battery and charger, and an Eagle T-Type PowerLock for secure chain reinstallation. Simply transfer the threaded cage assembly and derailleur mount bolt from your existing Eagle 90 or 70 mechanical derailleur onto the new GX derailleur body, and you’re ready to ride wirelessly.
Built exclusively for Hangerless Interface (UDH) frames and T-Type Transmission components, this GX Eagle upgrade delivers crisp shifting performance, improved durability, and the signature robustness of SRAM Transmission.
