With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

This interactive trainer offers the most advanced brake of all the Tacx trainers with rear-wheel drive, so you can enjoy a highly realistic cycling experience. The motor brake is able to apply a maximum power of 1500 W to the back wheel and will speed up during a descent. The slopes simulated are realistic up to 20% and down to -5% for descents.

The Genius communicates via ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart for convenient training sessions using your smartphone or tablet. Performance data can be viewed on several devices simultaneously, including your smartphone, bike computer and sports watch. The Genius offers ease-of-use and freedom of choice.

When the Genius Smart isn’t connected to a smartphone, tablet or computer, it behaves as a fluid trainer. This means the trainer behaves progressively: when your speed increases, the resistance increases as well. So it is possible to use this trainer in a “stand-alone” status.
