Advice
For initial mounting, Continental recommend the use of at least 30ml of Conti RevoSeal per tyre. Spin the wheel to spread the sealant around the circumfrence of the tyre and then inflate to your preferred riding pressure but no further than the stated maximum which can be seen on the sidewall of the tyre. For hookless rims, there is additional info regarding maximum inflation pressures, which are lower than for hook type rims. These are also stamped on the tyre sidewall.

BlackChili compound: Nano technology used to produce the carbon black particles that are used to reinforce the rubber compound. Continental refine special synthetic rubbers with natural rubber to create high performance tread mixtures. Taylored for the needs of the each tyre, in this case, more wet grip.

Vectran™: The benchmark in puncture protection Vectran™ is a synthetically manufactured high-tech fibre from a natural model. Like spider silk, Vectran™ is a liquid-crystalline polymer (LCP). Vectran™ is spun from the melted liquid polymer Vectra and processed further to a multi-strand thread. Spider silk like Vectran™ has an enormous tear resistance at a very low weight: Exactly the right properties to process into a premium Continental bicycle tyre as a puncture protection insert. A Vectran™ Breaker is lighter, more flexible and protects more effectively against cuts than the comparable nylon breaker. Vectran™ Breaker does not adversely affect the rolling resistance.
