Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 30 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

With five UCI World Championship Time Trial gold medals, six Tour De Frame Time Trial stage wins, and an innumerable amount of other Grand Tour stage wins, the S-Works Shiv TT is one of the most decorated bikes in history.

The FACT 11r carbon frame features our most advanced carbon construction methods in order to reduce aerodynamic drag and optimise rider input and overall stiffness. The oversized bottom bracket ensures maximum power transfer and rigidity, while the design also falls within the strict UCI requirements.
The new UCI-legal S-Works FACT carbon fork features a new design and a full monocoque construction that has been optimised to reduce aerodynamic drag, whilst also providing direct and responsive steering while in the TT position.
CeramicSpeed's legendary bearings are housed in the bottom bracket, saving you every possible watt in your pursuit against the clock.
