Each Avanti bar delivers 37mg of sodium; a treat for your taste buds and a great way to replace lost sodium from those tougher sessions. Sodium is an electrolyte food and essential nutrient - it plays an important role in maintaining blood pressure and assists in nutrient transport into your cells, helping cyclists, runners and endurance athletes to maintain fluid levels and support rehydration.
The recipes are stuffed full of the finest ingredients. They are naturally free from gluten, dairy or any additives and preservatives, making them easily and naturally digestible, free from any nasties.
