Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 30 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

Not suitable for people with nut or peanut allergies.

Veloforte use whole fruits and whole nuts in their products, whilst every effort is made to remove all fruit stones & nut shells, there may be the occasional fragment. They last 12 months when stored in a cool dry place.
