Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

The Nature Hybrid One uses a powerful Bosch Generation 3 drive unit and Powertube battery, along with a Shimano 9-speed transmission for flawless gear shifts, making light work of any route. All-weather stopping safety comes from dependable Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. Mudguards, an integrated lighting system and kickstand add a dose of real-world practicality whilst a 100mm suspension fork and grippy Schwalbe Land Cruiser tyres help smooth out rough road surfaces.

Clever technology abounds beneath the smooth lines of the Nature Hybrid's frame. The sleek downtube contains Bosch's powerful battery unit, concealed under a dirt-resistant cover and chargeable in or out of the frame. Efficient Comfort Geometry combined with a low centre of gravity means handling is completely intuitive and safe; lively when you need it, stable the rest of the time. Internal cable routing complements the frame's svelte appearance and reduces maintenance. A choice of classic men's or trapeze frames, in a range of sizes, means you can be sure of finding the perfect fit.
