Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

The Cross Hybrid Race Allroad features fourth-generation Bosch power, a large capacity Modular Battery System and new Shimano Deore 1x12 transmission with optical gear discplay to give you the range, power and smooth shifting you need to get where you're going safely, smoothly and in style. The Kiox controller features arrow navigation and optional lock function, while the suspension seatpost, 100mm suspension fork and wide, grippy tyres smooth your progress along city streets and country lanes. There's also a full complement of practical accessories, plus the reassurance of hydraulic disc brakes with a four-piston front caliper for assured stopping in any weather.

The Cross Hybrid is the comfortable, practical trekking hybrid with a dose of mountain bike hybrid ruggedness. Completely enclosed in the sleek down tube, the battery setup leaves room for bottle cage mounts as well as freeing up space for even more capacity, so you can ride for longer. There's a tapered head tube for accurate steering, integrated cable routing to ensure that gear shifting stays smooth with minimal maintenance, and geometry designed around a 100mm suspension fork for better comfort and control.
