The 2017 Crux Expert X1 features the same World-Championship-winning geometry as its S-Works cousin so ultra-responsive handling and punchy accelerations are covered. You'll also find that these traits are accentuated by the lightweight and extremely stiff FACT 10r carbon fibre construction while course control is furthered through its one-by design hydraulic disc brakes and front/rear thru-axles. Altogether it's a bike that's guaranteed to take your performance to new heights this season.Â

  • The carbon frame was constructed from FACT 10r carbon fibre, so it experiences minimal weight gains in comparison to the S-Works version, while retaining all of the rigidity and responsiveness required of 'cross racing. And to promote this ride quality, it's also equipped with a thru-axle design.
  • The internally routed FACT carbon disc fork features a thru-axle design, and it increases steering response and rider input for the tight turns and all-out efforts demanded in CX.
  • SRAM Force shift levers deliver crisp, reliable shifting in nasty conditions, which is furthered by a one-by shift setup that makes dropping chains on the course a thing of the past. Say goodbye to front derailleurs and hello to hassle-free racing.
