"Lezyne came up with the concept for this tyre plug/CO2 blaster combo a couple of weeks ago and, in record timing, expect it to be ready to purchase within the next month. Lezyne machined their existing Tubeless kit repair to integrate seamlessly with their trigger drive CO2 inflation. The kit has 5 plugs and a 16g CO2 canister. Use the tire plug and inflate all in one!"

How to use:

  • Step 1: Identify the source of the puncture
  • Step 2: Remove debris or puncture source
  • Step 3: Thread the puncture tool onto the handle (tubeless kit only)
  • Step 4: Insert the tool into the hole and clean the puncture using the integrated reamer
  • Step 5: Remove the tool from the hole
  • Step 6: Place tyre plug in eyelet - eyelet should be in the middle of the tyre plug
  • Step 7: Push tyre plug into hole, ensuring the ends of the tyre plus remain on the outside of the tyre
  • Step 8: With the tool and plug still in the tyre, turn the tool clockwise a few revolutions to twist the tyre pluf inside the tyre
  • Step 9: Remove the tool and ensure tyre plus remains in tyre
  • Step 10: Re-inflate tyre to your desired pressure using your favourite Lezyne pump
