Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

The Access WS Race features Shimano's 2x10 Deore gears for simple, easy use with a huge range of ratios for tackling any trail, making it ideal for extended off-road trips into the hills and mountains. A RockShox air fork can easily be set up to suit your own riding style from firmer for more control, to softer for more comfort. Powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes work with the tenacious grip of Schwalbe tyres to put you in control at all times.

Built around a Compact Agile Ride Geometry, the Access frame is designed to offer the best possible fit for day-long ride comfort. Cube's Size Split system makes it easy for every woman to select the perfect fit, too. A slightly lowered top tube improves confidence by adding extra standover clearance, and you can rest assured that the frame exceeds the tough safety standards set by Cube's in-house testing lab.
