Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

It features a dynamo-powered lighting system, kickstand and clip-on mudguards, as well as Shimano's slick-shifting 24-speed gears, powerful disc brakes and a Suntour suspension fork for comfort and control wherever your ride takes you.

The frame of the Access with its Compact Agile Ride Geometry delivers the best possible fit for all-day riding comfort. The Size Split system makes is easy for every woman to find the perfect fit, too. A slightly lowered top tube improves confidence by adding extra standover clearance, and the frame exceeds the tough safety standards set by Cube's in-house testing lab.
