The Specialized Stumpjumper EVO Alloy Full Suspension Mountain Bike is far from an ordinary trail bike. It’s engineered for serious action, featuring the same cutting-edge design as its carbon counterpart. This includes an adjustable head tube angle, 150mm of performance-tuned travel, the adaptability of S-Sizing, and SWAT™ Door integration, all in a lightweight yet durable M5 Alloy frame. This setup enables you to tackle trails you once thought were only possible with a dedicated downhill rig.
Equipped with a reliable SRAM NX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain, robust 30mm-wide alloy wheels, and plush Fox FLOAT Performance suspension, the Stumpjumper EVO Comp Alloy is ready to shred any trail.
Pairing a 29-inch front wheel with a 27.5-inch rear wheel, the Stumpjumper EVO Comp Alloy offers the traction and handling benefits of a 29er with the maneuverability of a smaller rear wheel. This mullet setup is perfect for playful riding styles, whether at the bike park or on the trail.
Proper shock tuning and kinematics are crucial for effective travel. For the new Stumpjumper EVO design, Specialized focused on kinematic performance. Drawing on insights from developing the Enduro and over 1,000 hours of field and suspension lab testing, Specialized have enhanced the pedaling performance of the Stumpjumper, making it more capable, agile, and lively. Increased anti-squat improves pedal bob resistance, while enhanced bump performance on square-edge hits ensures the bike shreds trails, not your legs.
The S-Sizing geometry of the new Stumpjumper EVO is Specialized's most advanced yet. Featuring a long, low, slack design with a short offset fork and a steeper seat tube angle, it meets the demands of modern progressive riding. The fully adjustable geometry offers six settings, allowing you to fine-tune the bottom bracket height by 10mm and adjust the head angle by two degrees independently. Additionally, the EVO accommodates a mullet setup, with a 27.5-inch rear wheel paired with a 29-inch front wheel. All business up front and party in the back.
Rider-First Engineered™ frames ensure benchmark handling and flawless performance across all sizes, from the S1 for jump-happy riders to the S6 for downhill enthusiasts. This approach guarantees sharp cornering and balanced stiffness front and rear at the lightest possible weight.
The SWAT™ door provides internal storage for essentials like pumps and spare tubes, eliminating the need for jersey pockets. The new Stumpjumper increases this storage capacity with an added SWAT™ Bladder, providing an extra 22oz of water storage hidden in the downtube which is the same size as a small water bottle.
