The Muc-Off Road & Gravel Tubeless Sealant is a premium high-pressure tubeless tyre sealant engineered specifically for road cycling, gravel riding, and cyclocross (CX). Designed to perform under fast-paced conditions and mixed terrain, this advanced synthetic latex sealant delivers rapid puncture sealing, long-lasting protection, and high-pressure compatibility up to 110psi.
Formulated using water-based synthetic latex and a matrix of biodegradable mineral flakes and bamboo fibre particles, this innovative tubeless sealant seals holes up to 7mm quickly and effectively. The fast-acting sealing particles plug larger cuts, while advanced polymer technology bonds the sealant to the inner tyre wall, forming a protective coating that’s ready to respond instantly when punctures occur.
Optimised for High-Pressure Road & Gravel Tyres
Unlike standard MTB sealants, this road-optimised formula is designed to remain free-flowing at higher pressures while maintaining excellent sealing performance. It works from low gravel pressures right up to 110psi, making it ideal for:
- Road tubeless tyres
- Gravel and adventure bikes
- Cyclocross race setups
The ammonia-free, zero natural latex formula is completely non-toxic and allergy-free, offering improved safety during installation and maintenance. It also won’t freeze in temperatures down to -15°C and remains effective in a wide range of riding conditions.
Easy Installation & CO₂ Compatible
Application is quick and simple:
- Inject directly through a Presta valve stem
- Or pour straight into the tyre before seating
The formula is CO₂ compatible, ensuring quick roadside inflation when needed.
Sealant lasts 3–6 months depending on climate and riding conditions. Regular inspection and top-ups are recommended, particularly in hot, dry climates above 35°C or approximately every 750 miles.
