Engineered with advanced synthetic latex and biodegradable sealing particles, this tubeless sealant instantly seals punctures up to 7mm, preventing flats and maintaining optimal tyre performance.

Safe, non-toxic, and allergy-free, it’s suitable for all riders and environmentally conscious cycling enthusiasts. Its free-flowing, water-based formula bonds to the inside tyre wall like a protective armour, ensuring instant sealing whenever a puncture occurs. Compatible with Presta valve stems, it can also be added directly to the tyre for easy application.

Technical Information

HOW TO

  • Shake pouch vigorously before use, now turn pouch over to check particles are mixed. Put your bike in a work stand if possible. Remove the core of your Presta valve (if you have non-removable valve cores, simply pour directly into your unseated tyre and remount).
  • Ensure pouch is thoroughly shaken right before filling. With the valve at the 12 o’clock position, and using the non-drive side of the bike, push the pouch over the valve and rotate the valve to the 6 o’clock position. Squeeze in the desired amount and fold the pouch to the desired fill line, re-insert the valve core and inflate the tyre in accordance with your manufacturer’s recommendations.
  • Repeatedly spin the wheel, shake it from side to side and hey presto, you’re now ready to rock ‘n’ roll! Regularly check the amount in each tyre and simply top up as needed.
  • Before adding the sealant into your tyre, make sure any other sealant has been thoroughly removed before hand. If you get sealant on your frame, parts or clothing remove as quickly as possible with clean water and a cloth. Try not to let the sealant dry before you can wash your kit properly at home.

KEY TIP! Ask Siri/Meta/Google or Alexa to add a reminder to your phone to check your tyres and sealant in 3-6 months. *If using in hot conditions (+35°C) simply top up if needed and check every couple of months.

When filling sealant into brand-new tyres, Muc-Off recommend degreasing the inside surface of the tyre to remove any oils or mould-release agents/residues from when the tyre was manufactured. For the best results use Muc-Off's Quick Drying Degreaser, Disc Brake Cleaner or Glue and Sealant Remover, along with a clean cloth for effective cleaning. This process ensures maximum adhesion and effectiveness of the sealant.

HOW MUCH SEALANT DO I NEED?

Minimum amount per tyre: (add up to 20ml extra for increased protection)

  • Road Tyres
    • 23c, 25c = 40ml-50ml
    • 28c = 50ml-60ml
  • Gravel Tyres
    • 30c - 45c = 70 - 80ml

Keep out of reach of children. Dispose of content/container in accordance with local regulations. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not drink. PLEASE REFILL THIS POUCH USING OUR 1 LITRE REFILL – Refilling is WAY better than recycling. **Muc-Off recommend the CO2 is applied from the top of the wheel/tyre so that it is not injected directly into the sealant at the bottom.
